It is with great sadness that the WCU has learned that Christopher Davies has passed away.
Chris died August 2024 at the age of forty, three years after the sudden death of his wife . He played for Morriston Chess Club and represented Wales from the age of nine. Chris was a regular in the Glorney Cup and represented Wales in the u14 and u18 European Championships.
The WCU would like to express our sincere condolences to Chris’s family and friends at this very sad time.
