Welsh Secondary Schools' Team RP Championships
SUNDAY, 17th MARCH
TEAMS: consist of FOUR players, all of whom must attend the school they are representing.
ELIGIBILITY: Only Secondary schools in Wales can compete in this competition.
START: The competitions will begin at 14:00 and end at about 17.30
ROUNDS: There will be 5 rounds
RATE OF PLAY: 15 mins + 10 seconds per move added from move 1
ENTRY FEE: £20 per team
The number of sections will depend upon the number of entries
Game points will decide final positions.
PRIZES: Players placed 1st , 2nd and 3rd will receive trophies.
Welsh Primary Schools' Team and Individual RP Championships
SATURDAY, 16th MARCH
TEAMS: consist of FOUR players, all of whom must attend the school they are representing.
ELIGIBILITY: Only Primary schools in Wales can compete in this competition.
Teams' Section: If a school enters 4, 8, 12 etc, players, then they MUST play in the 4 board team event.
Individuals' Section: This section is restricted to players representing schools who, because of numbers, cannot play in a team.
START: The competitions will begin at 12:00 and end at about 17.30
ROUNDS: There will be 5 rounds
RATE OF PLAY: 15 mins + 10 seconds per move added from move 1
ENTRY FEE: £20 per team, £5 for individuals.
The number of sections will depend upon the number of entries
Game points will decide final positions.
PRIZES: Players placed 1st , 2nd and 3rd will receive trophies.
