If more than 10 teams enter the competition will be split into two sections with 10 teams in one section and remainder in the other.
IT IS A REQUIREMENT FOR THIS EVENT THAT ALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE A FIDE BLITZ RATING PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
